Doctoral School Welcome
for Newly Arrived Research Students

On 24th January 2018 the Doctoral School would like to welcome you to UCL.

The purpose of this short programme is to let you know something about the support and facilities offered by the Doctoral School and other departments at UCL, and to give you a flavour of the exciting research across many disciplines being carried out at UCL.

The event will include a short general induction, plus briefing sessions on the Doctoral Skills Development Programme and the Research Student Log.

The session will also give you the chance to meet the Head of the Doctoral School as well as other key members of the College community. There will be information available about what the Doctoral School can offer you during your time at UCL, together with information from the Postgraduate Association of the UCL Students' Union on graduate activities, social events & clubs.

The programme will take place on:

Wednesday 24th JANUARY 2018  14.00—15.30
in the Sir Ambrose Fleming Lecture Theatre, G06, Roberts Building
Gower Street, WC1E 6BT (Map)

and will be for research students from all Faculties.
