Counting stem cells in the sky

Staining embryonic stem cells (ESCs) using immunofluorscence under microscope. In sterile conditions, ESCs are gown in optimum conditions. Permeabilisation of cells to target the intracellularly target protein using Triton 0.25 % concentration. Fluorescent microscope under ten-fold magnification was use to visualise the cells.
